TEFL with an accredited certificate.

The TEFL Org Certificate on Cabinet
Once you have completed your course with The TEFL Org, you will receive your internationally recognised TEFL certificate - your first step on the road to a new exciting and adventure teaching English anywhere in the world!

We are  accredited by the BAC (British Accreditation Council), ODLQC (Open and Distance Learning Quality Council) and are an approved SQA centre.  With this accreditation and our organisation's international reputation, our TEFL certificates are recognised by employers across the globe - with over 100 jobs available on our TEFL Jobs Centre alone!

Your certificate will show:

    • Your name as provided at registration
    • The total number of hours of TEFL training you have completed
    • The course modules that you have completed
    • Our Course Director's signature
    • Date your certificate was issued
    • The learning outcomes of the course
    • The TEFL Org company information
    • Our contact information

You will also receive a reference letter from your classroom tutor if you have completed any of our classroom or combined TEFL courses.

Certificate FAQs

We get a lot of questions about our certificates, so here are a few answers for you (although if your question isn't answered, please contact us at info@tefl.org and we'll be happy to help!)

Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A: Once you have completed all sections of the course which you have enrolled on and your feedback, we aim to get your certificate to you within 10 working days.

If you are based in the UK, we will send your certificate out by First Class Royal Mail.

If you are based outside the UK, we will send a scanned copy of your certificate to the email provided at the time of enrolment and the hardcopy certificate by Royal Mail International Standard.

Q: What should I do if my certificate doesn't arrive?
A:  If your certificate hasn't arrived within 28 days, please email info@tefl.org, and we'll be happy to help.

If you need your certificate before the next 10 working days, we can arrange for your certificate to be fast-tracked.

Q: Will my certificate show my course marks?
A: No, your certificate will only show that you have passed the course and the total number of hours of training you have completed.

Q: What should I do if I need a replacement certificate?
A: If you have lost or damaged your TEFL Org certificate, please get in touch with us, and we can arrange to have another sent to you.  There will be a charge of £10 for this to be sent in the UK or £15 if it is to be sent abroad.

If you require a hard copy TQUK certificate, these are charged at £25 each.

Q: Are your TEFL certificates recognised all over the world?
A: Yes, employers across the world recognise our TEFL certification.  Our graduates have taught in every corner of the globe as employers recognise both our courses' reputation and our company accreditation.
