Classroom course update 23/03/2022
Due to the latest updates from the UK Government we are now resuming our classes in the UK. We are resuming classes in Ireland, due to the current guidance, students will be asked to show an EU COVID digital certificate when entering a venue in Ireland.Firstly, we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our students and team is of utmost concern and we are continually monitoring the situation and following government guidelines.
If the situation changes and we are unable to run a course we will contact you immediately and you will be offered the opportunity to attend a classroom course at a later date or participate in a virtual classroom course.
If your course does go ahead, we ask you to follow all advice and precautions provided to you included in the government advice of your area. Specific instructions will be emailed to you before the course.
In addition to this, should you have travelled overseas within the previous 10 days, please do not attend the course if the relevant guidelines mean that you have to self-isolate.
Please stay up to date on the advice in your location and contact us should you have any concerns.
Alternatively you may wish to choose our 20-hour Virtual classroom course . What does this mean for you?If the situation changes and your course has been cancelled, you have the option of switching to another date in the future or there is also now the option of taking a virtual classroom course.
There is more information on these on the site
Please email the office with your preferred dates for either the classroom or virtual classroom course, which are available on the website. We will assign you to this course. If you are unable to take a future course then please contact the office by email.
Your online courses remain unaffected. Certificates will be sent out within 14 days, please contact us if you need it more urgently. Contacting usYou can now contact us by phone, chat or email but please remember we are all working remotely from one another and things can take a bit longer than usual, so we ask for your patience and understanding. Please be assured that we will respond to your enquiries.
We will be in touch with updates as the situation unfolds and in the meantime wish you all well.
Very best wishes,
Jennifer and Joe
