• Create Engaging Lessons: Teachers are expected to create an engaging and interactive distance learning experience. This may involve using a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to keep learners motivated and actively participating.
• Assess Student Progress: Provide feedback on students' performance and adapt teaching methods as necessary to address their needs and goals. The best way to do this is to incorporate a session monitoring students progress regularly in the lessons.
• Maintain a Positive Environment in a distance learning setting: Learnlight wants to optimise instructor led training to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and effective communication among learners.
• Adhere to Schedules: Follow the fixed schedule committed to, typically a minimum of 10 hours per week for at least one year. Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
• Communication and Reporting: Communicate with Learnlight's support and administrative teams as needed. Keep records of student attendance, progress, and any relevant issues or concerns.
