Job description

They are looking for passionate educators interested in teaching Speaking, English Writing, and IELTS classes online. This is a work from home, part-time, position which mostly involves teaching Chinese First Language students. They are a growing Canada based company which offers teachers and students fun, dynamic classes in a rewarding working environment.

Their mission is to transform students into confident English writers and speakers who can step into any kind of English environment and thrive. They train all their teachers to use their online teaching platform.

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE MUST BE ENGLISH

Speaking:

· An interest in working with young children.

· A completed bachelor’s degree.

· A completed TESL/TESOL certification

· Accept the training to use our online teaching platform.

Writing:

· A completed bachelor’s degree

· A completed TESL/TESOL certification

· A year of teaching experience is preferred.

· Accept the training to use our online teaching platform.

· English Major

· Published writer is an asset.

IELTS:

· A completed bachelor’s degree

· A completed TESL/TESOL certification

· A year of teaching experience overseas is preferred.

· Accept the training to use our online teaching platform.

· IELTS Examiner Certification Preferred

· Previous experience teaching IELTS

You also bring:

· High level of organization and punctuality

· A vibrant fun personality, while also maintaining highest levels of respect towards other cultures

· Readiness and availability to work.

· Neat and professional appearance.

Salaries ranging from $18 – $24 CDN per hour, depending on type of classes taught. Raises and bonuses available.

Schedule:

· Largely based off of evening times in Canadian EST and China’s CST standard times.

Additional Benefits
