Job Details

This school are hiring aspiring and experienced teachers for three schools in Keelung, Taiwan!

Come work alongside a team of educators from the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Taiwan and experience teaching English to young learners of various ages and skill levels. They provide a full curriculum from which you will plan and teach lessons. In addition planning and giving lessons, you will grade homework and assessments, and communicate student progress to parents.

Additional Benefits

You’ll earn competitive teaching pay, up to 730 NTD per teaching hour, plus an additional 3,000 NTD per month for completing administrative work. You are guaranteed a minimum of 20 teaching hours per week, though the average among teachers at our schools is about 25-26 teaching hours per week. You will also earn bonuses for each contract you complete, enjoy annual raises when you renew your contract, have access to Taiwan’s National Health Insurance program, and have flexible vacation time.

They will help you obtain all the documents you need to legally live and work in Taiwan, and their comprehensive training program ensures both new and experienced teachers start their new role prepared and confident.

Requirements

They have full-time teaching positions with immediate availability, as well as flexible start times throughout 2024. Applicants already in Taiwan, as well as abroad, are strongly encouraged to apply. To qualify, you must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, pass a national-level background check, and hold a passport from a country where English is an official language.
