Job Details

As part of their outreach programme, this organisation is looking for volunteer facilitators for a beachfront English Club in Thailand for children at a local village.

Their mission is to shift the education paradigm. They aim to empower students’ futures, enhance learning outcomes, and improve access to quality education. They believe that education is about building connections to the current world, and beyond. They do this by teaching the English Language

Uphold excellent standards of planning, execution and discipline.
Responsible for reporting all issues from parents/guardians, students, patrons or partners to management, in the most efficient manner.
Support the planning and execution of production and workshops
Support external activities and outreach i.e. festivals, school fairs, workshops, education events, school outreach etc.
Support social media presence
Contribute to the development and evaluation of workshop plans
Contribute to the maintenance and development of the working space
Prepare and deliver workshops to a range of classes of different from age 3-12
Maintain excellent archive of activities ie. photos, reports
Research new topic areas and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge.
Maintain excellent personal grooming standards at all times.
Attend scheduled meetings as needed.
Establish and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all.
